A high-flow nasal oxygen therapy (HFNOT) system delivering up to 60 L/min of heated, humidified oxygen/air blends at FiO₂ 21%–100%. Generates a small positive pressure effect in the airways, reducing work of breathing in patients with hypoxic respiratory failure and COPD exacerbations.
